Job summary

DCL America is seeking a QA/HSE Manager to lead our Quality Assurance and Health, Safety & Environmental programs across plant operations. You will drive ISO-aligned QMS, audits, CAPA, and a proactive safety culture.

The role requires 5–10 years in QA/HSE within manufacturing, with strong OSHA knowledge and leadership capabilities. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to elevate processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in QA and/or HSE within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance.
• Experience with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and HSE programs to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) aligned with standards.
• Oversee audits, CAPA, and supplier/customer reviews.
• Manage safety policies, training programs, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain to improve processes.
