Job summary

CTS Corporation seeks a Director of Operations, North America to lead the regional manufacturing network—setting safe, compliant, cost-efficient, and customer-focused execution across multiple sites. This role requires hands-on leadership to standardize processes, improve performance, coach site leaders, and deliver measurable operational and financial results.

You will drive a Lean deployment, manage budgets and forecasts with finance, ensure on-time delivery, and build a strong succession

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field required.
Minimum 12 to 15 years of progressive manufacturing operations experience with leadership of complex plants.
Minimum of 5 years of multi-site operations leadership experience preferred, overseeing regional performance.
Experience with P&L ownership, operating budgets, capital planning, and productivity programs.
Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience; certification preferred for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead the North America manufacturing operations network with clear priorities, standard work, and performance expectations.
Own regional performance on safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity, and engagement metrics.
Partner with BU leadership, plant managers, supply chain, quality, engineering, finance, HR, and commercial teams to align plans with demand.
Drive disciplined management reviews and translate actions into financial outcomes.
