Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead a team of supervisors and staff, driving accountability, safety, and continuous improvement on the shop floor.

You will develop and maintain manufacturing processes, oversee pack-out operations, manage materials, collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams, and drive lean initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing operations with supervisory experience.
• Strong Lean, Six Sigma knowledge and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor manufacturing supervisors, production leads, and staff.
• Develop and maintain processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Oversee pack-out operations ensuring accurate packing and on-time shipments.
• Manage packaging materials and inventory; enforce safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, PM, IT, and QA to resolve issues.
• Implement quality control standards and drive cost reduction while preserving quality.
• Manage budgets and prepare regular performance reports.
