Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a fast-paced production team in a data center solutions environment. You will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure ISO standards, and drive continuous improvements with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring at least four years of manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Windows/Office tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a single department and/or shift with direct reports.
• Plans and administers production procedures and schedules.
• Ensures ISO compliance and quality control throughout the production process.
• Manages resources and monitors performance to meet objectives.
