Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises a single department and/or shift with 2+ direct reports.
• Oversees ISO-compliant and cost-effective manufacture of products or sub-products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures.
• Manages schedules and manpower for the assigned area.
• Addresses problems of moderate scope with defined procedures.
• Provides direct supervision to professional and non-exempt staff.
