Job summary

Hyve Solutions is a leader in data center manufacturing seeking a detail-oriented quality control supervisor for the Fremont, CA facility. You will manage ISO-related production quality activities, oversee audits, and drive improvements to manufacturing processes.

The role requires collaboration across departments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring products meet specifications while upholding safety and quality standards. Prior manufacturing or semiconductor experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum four years related experience in manufacturing or semiconductor preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a single department and/or shift- 2 or more direct reports.
• Supervise the ongoing ISO compliant and cost-effective manufacture of specific products or sub-products.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Plans and administers procedures.
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned area.
• Works on problems of moderate scope.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures/policies to determine appropriate action.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups.
• Interaction normally involves exchanges or presentation of factual information.
• Provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled or semi-skilled non-exempt employees.
