Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead manufacturing operations, drive performance, and develop high‑performing teams to support growth and customer satisfaction.

You will partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets, while driving continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and successful NPI activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably within electronics or technology manufacturing.
• Experience leading large teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Manage and develop supervisors, leads, and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and data-driven decision-making.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, product launches, and production ramp efforts.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including productivity, yield, quality, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Drive workforce planning, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational performance.
• Provide regular updates and operational reviews to senior leadership.
