Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead ISO 9001 quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure product quality across manufacturing operations. You will own audits, CAPA programs, containment actions, and training, while mentoring Quality Supervisors and coordinating with site leadership on strategic quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Quality Management within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Experience maintaining ISO 9001 QMS and supporting audits.
• Advanced knowledge of quality tools, RCA, CAPA, CI.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Leadership experience managing teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to support off-hours travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement.
• Drive quality initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Oversee audits and timely closure of findings.
• Deliver quality training to employees and leadership.
• Develop containment and corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and KPIs for improvements.
