Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to provide frontline leadership in our production operations. You will coordinate daily activities, drive performance, and develop people while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a passion for continuous improvement in a high-tech manufacturing environment. This position anchors operations on site with supportive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of MPI and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing employees on processes and quality.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, server or high‑tech assembly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift start-up meetings; communicate priorities and safety expectations.
• Coordinate hourly personnel to meet production schedules and objectives.
• Monitor workflow to ensure smooth material movement and production flow.
• Represent department in meetings when supervisory leadership is unavailable.
• Identify and implement process improvements; monitor KPIs and trends.
• Develop corrective actions and contingency plans for operational challenges.
• Promote Lean, 5S and continuous improvement; ensure quality and safety standards.
• Coach and develop team; provide feedback and drive performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet goals.
