You will influence strategic manufacturing decisions, optimize processes, and develop the manufacturing workforce, with a strong emphasis on Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a manufacturing engineering management role.
• Expert knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.
• Lean Six Sigma expertise and continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint; Visio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to infrastructure, process engineering, and test engineering teams.
• Drive operational excellence projects to reduce cycle times and improve quality and cost.
• Contribute to strategic manufacturing decisions and coordinate cross‑functional work.
• Analyze resource, labor, and production capacity needs to meet schedules.
