Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Maintenance to stand up Arsenal-1 Building 1 in Ashville, Ohio and own the maintenance strategy, PM program, spare parts, and reliability culture as production ramps to two shifts. You will build a multi-layer team and partner with controls, automation, and facilities, while aligning with the Center of Excellence to apply enterprise standards on site.

Qualifications

8+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
4+ years in maintenance leadership supervising managers/supervisors.
On-site at Arsenal-1 in Ashville, Ohio.
Experience standing up maintenance orgs, PM systems, spare-parts from scratch.
Proven ability to own a maintenance budget and participate in capital planning.
Hands-on with OEMs and automated production equipment.
Knowledge of CMMS / work-order systems.
Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
Background in automotive, aerospace, defense, or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

Set the maintenance strategy and build the organization for Arsenal-1 Building 1 across two shifts.
Lead maintenance managers, supervisors, technicians, and planners.
Stand up preventive and predictive maintenance programs and PM schedules.
Own spare parts and MRO strategy, stocking levels, and vendor relationships.
Deploy CMMS for work orders, asset tracking, and KPI reporting.
Support new equipment launches with controls, automation, and facilities.
Own tooling, calibration schedules, and maintenance records.
Drive reliability improvements, uptime, MTBF/MTTR, and cost control.
Collaborate on the floor and be hands-on during stand-up.
