Job summary

Anduril Industries is establishing the Arsenal-1 maintenance organization in Ashville, Ohio. We are seeking a Senior Manager of Maintenance to own end-to-end build, set the strategy, and staff a two-shift operation across Fury, Barracuda, Altius, Roadrunner and more.

You will partner with central maintenance to bring enterprise standards to life on the floor. You will lead a multi-layer team, stand up PM programs, manage spare parts, and drive reliability improvements while reporting to

Qualifications

• 8+ years in maintenance within manufacturing environments.
• On-site at Arsenal-1 in Ashville, Ohio.
• Demonstrated experience standing up maintenance orgs, PM systems and spare-parts strategies from scratch.
• Proven ability to own a maintenance budget and participate in capital planning.
• Hands-on experience with OEMs and automated production equipment.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, controls and automation teams.

Responsibilities

• Define maintenance strategy and build the organization for Arsenal-1 Building 1.
• Hire and develop maintenance managers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Stand up PM and predictive maintenance programs and reliability strategies.
• Own spare parts strategy, budget, and vendor relationships.
• Deploy CMMS and KPI reporting across the site.
• Support equipment launches and maintainability from day one.
• Drive reliability, MTBF/MTTR improvements and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with floor teams and stand up maintenance operations during early ramp.
