Qualifications

• 7+ years in production-oriented roles with leadership experience.
• Understanding of product lifecycle from NPI to mass production.
• Experience with ERP/MES and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage production staff and ensure on-time delivery of hardware.
• Direct daily operations and issue work orders to floor.
• Enforce safety procedures and training compliance.
• Coach and develop technicians and supervisors.
• Deliver weekly progress reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, quality, and supply chain.
