Job summary
Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager for its Arsenal-1 site in Ashville, OH. You will lead technicians on multiple hardware platforms for strategic military and commercial customers, driving delivery and quality while fostering a high-performance team.
You will coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and quality, and participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, with relocation to Costa Mesa for training as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with ERP and MES systems in a high-volume environment.
- Understanding of product lifecycle from NPI to production scaling.
- Lean manufacturing principles and change management (ECOs).
- Strong documentation reading: mechanical drawings, schematics.
Responsibilities
- Oversee production operations and manage technicians on multiple platforms.
- Set priorities and direct daily production activities to meet on-time delivery.
- Ensure safety training compliance and document incidents.
- Coach and mentor staff; support continuous improvement and 5S.
- Generate weekly production reports and provide updates to leadership.
