Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Operations Manager in Ashville, OH to lead production teams for Arsenal-1 hardware. You will drive NPI-to-production, manage priorities, and ensure quality and safety across the line.

Relocation to Costa Mesa for a 3‑month training period is required; housing and transport are provided during the stay. This role emphasizes teamwork, urgency, and measurable production results.

Qualifications

7+ years in production-oriented roles with at least 3+ years in a supervisor or operations lead role.
Experience with ERP and MES systems.
Understanding of product life cycle, LEAN, and ECO change management.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Manage technician staff on production lines and oversee day-to-day operations.
Set priorities, issue work orders, and ensure on-time delivery.
enforce safety procedures and training compliance.
Coach and develop production staff; lead continuous improvement.
Generate weekly production reports; coordinate cross-functional teams.
