Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Maintenance to build Arsenal-1 Building 1 maintenance organization in Ashville, Ohio. You will define the operating model, staff the team, and establish preventive maintenance and spare parts programs as production ramps to multi-program, two-shift operations.

You will work with central maintenance Center of Excellence and report to Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations at Arsenal-1, driving reliability, KPI reporting, and cost discipline

Qualifications

• 8+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing, with 4+ years in leadership.
• On-site at Arsenal-1 in Ashville, Ohio.
• Experience building maintenance organizations, PM systems, and spare parts from scratch.
• Budget ownership and capital planning experience.
• Hands-on with OEMs and automated production equipment.
• Skilled-trades background or engineering with hands-on approach.
• Experience with CMMS/work-order systems and calibration.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, controls, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Set maintenance strategy and build organization from scratch for Arsenal-1 Building 1.
• Lead a multi-layer team of managers, supervisors, crafts, and planners.
• Stand up PM and predictive maintenance program for mixed manual/auto environments.
• Own spare parts and MRO strategy, stocking points and budget.
• Deploy CMMS for work orders, asset tracking, KPI reporting.
• Support new equipment launches with controls engineering and facilities.
• Own tooling, calibration, and documentation.
• Drive reliability, uptime, MTBF/MTTR, and root-cause analysis.
• Hands-on collaboration on the shop floor during stand-up.
