Job summary

Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control in Ocala seeks a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Senior Manager and Deputy to lead planning, execution, and delivery of all Ocala products. This role reports to the site leadership and drives Lean improvements, cost controls, and strong customer engagement.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, proven leadership, and the ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Proven leadership skills.
Proven project management skills in a complex union manufacturing environment.
Experience developing business strategies to meet production objectives: cost, quality, schedule, financial.
Lean Manufacturing experience for cost reduction and performance improvement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Ability to obtain a Secret DoD clearance.
Experience in production operations for circuit card, cable and harness assemblies.
