Responsibilities

• Gather and review facility/equipment specifications, regulatory constraints, timelines, and feasibility.
• Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms to develop design criteria and drawings.
• Prepare bid packages, contracts, and cost estimates for equipment, installation, labor, and materials.
• Inspect construction progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and schedules.
