You will lead automation initiatives, drive continuous improvement with Lean Six Sigma, and develop robust work instructions while collaborating with design, manufacturing, and quality teams in a security‑critical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or a related Master’s degree.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex designs into actionable production guidance.
• Develop and implement process automation and advanced manufacturing techniques.
• Lead root‑cause corrective actions and Lean Six Sigma projects.
• Design and optimize processes to reduce cost, improve quality, and accelerate delivery.
