Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in industrial engineering in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
Experience designing large layouts for equipment and workspaces to boost productivity and reduce waste.
Proven track record in work measurement and time standards.
Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficient in data analytics and statistical analysis.
Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

Analyze and design sequences of operations and workflows to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities.
Develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revised operating methods.
