Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
Experience designing large layouts to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Proficient with PMTS, work sampling, and direct time study methods.
Extensive Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze and design sequences of operations and workflows to improve facility efficiency.
Develop and implement plans for facility modifications and operating methods revisions.
Support planning and design of facilities with engineering teams.
Lead cost control, inventory, and production data studies to drive improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable gains in throughput and safety.
