Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Experience designing large layouts to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Proficient with PMTS, work sampling, and direct time study methods.
• Extensive Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement experience.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and design sequences of operations and workflows to improve facility efficiency.
• Develop and implement plans for facility modifications and operating methods revisions.
• Support planning and design of facilities with engineering teams.
• Lead cost control, inventory, and production data studies to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable gains in throughput and safety.
