Job summary

ANSER is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Analyst to support the IBAS program under the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Industrial Base Policy. You will analyze global defense industrial base strengths and risks, craft acquisition documents, and provide data-driven recommendations for program execution.

The role requires a Top Secret-level clearance eligibility, a PhD/masters with 5+ years, or 10+ years in RDT&E, and strong experience with manufacturing, lifecycle

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
10+ years hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing or RDT&E.
Experience facilitating manufacturing sites or product lifecycle engineering.

Responsibilities

Advise Government customers on technical and strategic matters.
Analyze advanced manufacturing and expeditionary repair proposals with data-driven recommendations.
Assess feasibility, funding sources, and implementation strategies for leadership.
Manage schedules and data; coordinate with mission partners and cost/schedule/performance oversight.
Represent Government interests in meetings and document minutes and actions.
Draft briefings, correspondence, and analytical products for dispersed teams.
