Cooler Master seeks an HR Business Partner to support manufacturing and production managers and the hourly workforce in our Houston site. You will collaborate with front-line leadership to build trust, drive engagement, and ensure apositive employee experience.

You will lead workforce planning, staffing, employee relations, performance management, and safety initiatives, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and site policies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and labor-law compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as HR business partner for manufacturing leadership and hourly workforce.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, employee relations, and engagement.
• conduct workplace investigations and resolve conflicts in compliance with laws.
• Oversee training, safety, and leadership coaching with site leaders.
• Track HR metrics and provide insights to leadership.
