Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. in Houston seeks a Site HR Business Partner to deliver HR services for assigned site(s), partnering with plant leadership to drive performance while applying HR policies, compliance, and talent practices across manufacturing operations with day and night shifts.

You will lead employee relations, staffing, training, performance management, onboarding, and workforce planning, collaborating with corporate HR, EHS, and Legal to ensure safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact to site leadership and translate business goals into HR strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, and organizational design for the site.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and safety standards; support unemployment claims and legal matters with Corporate HR and Legal.
• Partner with EHS on safety initiatives and workers’ compensation processes.
• Maintain HR metrics and dashboards to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
