Corning is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Supervisor to lead a team of technical contributors at our Wilmington, NC facility. You will own equipment reliability, drive process improvement, and manage repair and maintenance resources for a 24/7 production operation.

This hands-on leadership role spans office and manufacturing floors with rotating on-call shifts. You will champion safety, manage budgets for Repair & Maintenance and Supplies & Equipment, and work cross-functionally with

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing technical or skilled non-exempt staff.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment using data-driven analysis.
• Experience managing Repair & Maintenance and Supplies spend.
• Work on a manufacturing floor; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Formal project management training or certification.
• Familiarity with control charts or SPC tools.
• Experience supporting 24/7 production environments.
• Background in glass, specialty materials, chemicals, automotive, or similar sectors.
