Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• 2+ years troubleshooting of process equipment.
• Ability to follow GMP and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Leads preventative maintenance activities, troubleshoots processes and equipment, and performs repairs/modifications.
• Performs routine changeovers including lot changes and mold changes.
• Startup/shutdown procedures on equipment and verification of status.
• Assist operations with line issues, resets, and restarts.
• Completes preventive maintenance at defined intervals and updates scope as needed.
• Trains and mentors other associates within maintenance and operations.
• Monitor output quality and quantity; troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and perform mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance.
• Use CMMS to document issues and maintenance activities.
• Maintain tooling for extruders, injection molding equipment, and other manufacturing gear.
