Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 3+ years manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience guiding and influencing others, directly or indirectly.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, direction, and mentorship to the Engineering team.
• Champion core engineering principles to ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and manage capital forecasts for projects and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee Ribbon engineering team to meet project deliverables and metrics.
• Collaborate with Technology, Division Engineering, Operations and Maintenance teams.
