Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager for their Windber, PA site to lead the manufacturing engineering team and drive optimization of SMT and through-hole production lines. The role focuses on transitioning new products from NPI to full-scale manufacturing with emphasis on DFx reviews and lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical engineering.
• 5–8+ years in high-mix/low-volume PCBA EMS.
• 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SMT line configurations and soldering metallurgy.
• Experience with regulated quality systems (ISO 9001/AS9100/ISO 13485).

Responsibilities
