Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. in Pueblo, CO seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager onsite to lead the manufacturing engineering function for solid rocket motors and energetic materials.

You will act as the technical authority for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and advanced manufacturing techniques across the full product lifecycle — from concept through rate production. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant engineering field with substantial manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Deep knowledge of DFM/DFA and advanced manufacturing methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a manufacturing engineering team across the full lifecycle from development to rate production.
• Act as the technical authority for DFM and advanced manufacturing techniques across active programs.
• Own transition of processes from development to full production with clear gates and controls.
• Drive Lean and Six Sigma programs with measurable safety, quality, cost and throughput gains.
• Collaborate with Design, Process, Quality, Safety and Compliance to meet DoD requirements.
• Develop and report manufacturing metrics and ensure producibility and risk reduction.
