Entegris in Aurora, IL is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Pads Manufacturing Engineering team onsite. You will set strategic direction, drive OEE improvements, and manage capital projects while partnering across Operations, Quality, Materials, and Customer Quality Engineering.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, or Industrial Engineering and 10+ years in engineering, incl. manufacturing or semiconductor/polymer processing.
• 5+ years in a management/senior leadership role leading multi-phase projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with strategic planning, capital project leadership, and budget ownership.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, SPC/SQC, process control, and 8D methodology; Green Belt minimum.
• Excellent communication across all levels; travel up to 5%

Responsabilités

• Develop and drive the manufacturing engineering roadmap and multi-year plan for the Pads product line.
• Provide direct leadership over the Manufacturing Engineering team and cross-functional oversight across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Materials, and Customer Quality Engineering.
• Drive improvements in OEE, throughput, quality, and cost reduction across manufacturing value streams.
• Build organizational capability through structured talent development, coaching, and succession planning for ME team and site leadership bench.
• Own capital project planning and execution, including budget development, ROI justification, and cross-functional execution.
• Ensure EH&S, work instructions, and quality policies are communicated and enforced consistently.
