Job summary
Entegris, Inc. in Aurora, IL is seeking an Operations Manager for the CMP Pads Manufacturing team.
This hands-on leadership role drives safety, quality, and on-time delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across multiple shifts. You will translate manufacturing strategies into objectives, coach teams, and partner with EHS, planning, maintenance, and engineering to optimize material flow, 5S/6S practices, and performance metrics in a 24/5 operation with
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business operations, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of operational experience with increasing responsibility; semiconductor/polymer processing preferred.
- 5+ years in a management role leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities across multiple shifts, establishing priorities and workflow.
- Ensure safety, quality, delivery, throughput, and cost targets are met.
- Translate strategies into objectives and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
