Entegris, Inc. in California is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead complex manufacturing initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams to implement world-class practices.

You will drive improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, cost, capacity, and agility through advanced process improvement and strategic problem solving. The role includes capital project leadership, collaboration with operations, engineering, and NPD, and the development of robust, scalable manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field required.
• 5–8 years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience.
• Hands-on capital equipment or semiconductor manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing processes and implement new process techniques to improve product flow, quality, and first-pass yields.
• Lead large-scale process improvement initiatives with cross-functional alignment and measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost, delivery, capacity, and productivity.
• Work with production personnel to attain 100% on-time shipping by eliminating quality issues and improving capacity.
• Partner with production teams to analyze manufacturing performance, quality data, customer feedback, and audit results to drive corrective actions.
• Analyze complex manufacturing performance trends to identify systemic issues and drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve safety, quality, flow, yield, cost, delivery, capacity, and productivity while reducing waste.
