Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer for New Product Introduction Engineering to bridge R&D and Operations at our Aurora, IL site. The role centers on transferring new products into manufacturing, developing pilot processes, and ensuring readiness for production with robust quality controls.

You will partner with formulation scientists and cross-functional teams, manage projects, and drive risk reduction through systematic testing and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in chemical/process industries with background in process development, commercialization, pilot plant, quality, scale up or manufacturing.
• Experience with process development and scale-up, project management, and solid communication and presentation skills.
• Six Sigma DFSS or DMAIC GB knowledge or certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Bridge between R&D and Operations to transfer products to manufacturing.
• Develop pilot-scale procedures and train pilot plant operators.
• Monitor pilot-scale batches using SPC, investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Lead development of optimized manufacturing processes for new product introductions with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.
