• Experience: 10+ years in manufacturing engineering in capital intensive, highly engineered product businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology road map for the manufacturing location to maximize machine utilization and productivity while minimizing cost.
• Lead capital expense planning and project execution tied to site readiness and production.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and product management.
• Oversee tooling, machines, and equipment purchases to support capacity and capabilities.
• Ensure training and standards for new production equipment are met and signed off.
• Support make vs. buy, footprint planning, and overhead rationalization.
• Deliver scalable, cost-effective production solutions and manage complex programs.
• Act as a key stakeholder for large programs with significant business impact.
