Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to advance site technology roadmaps and optimize production capabilities. You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, product management and suppliers to drive capital projects, implement new technologies and ensure scalable, cost-effective production solutions.

This onsite role requires a Bachelor degree in engineering and 10+ years in a capital-intensive manufacturing environment, with strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a capital-intensive, highly engineered product business.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex manufacturing projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing roadmaps to maximize utilization and productivity while controlling costs.
• Assist in Make vs Buy decisions and footprint planning for cost efficiency.
• Provide technical input for capital expenditure and startup of new processes.
• Lead manufacturing project development and deliver through IRPX gates.
• Procure tooling, machines, and equipment to support capacity and capability roadmaps.
• Ensure operator and maintenance training for new equipment meets standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, product management and suppliers to optimize costs and manufacturability.
• Act as a key stakeholder on large, complex programs with significant business impact.
