Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
- 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a capital-intensive, highly engineered product business.
Responsibilities
- Develop technology road map for the manufacturing location to maximize machine utilization and productivity.
- Assist in Make vs Buy decisions on product introductions and footprint plans.
- Provide technical input on capital expense needs tied to manufacturing startup and processes.
- Lead manufacturing project development and implementation activities through IRPX program gates.
- Procure tooling, machines, and equipment to support site capacity and capability roadmap.
- Ensure operator and maintenance training for new production equipment meets standards and sign-off requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, product management and suppliers to optimize cost and manufacturability.
- Serve as a key stakeholder on large, complex programs with significant business impact.
