Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Self-starter with strong technical and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology road map for the manufacturing site to maximize machine utilization and productivity while minimizing cost.
• Assist in Make vs Buy decisions on product introductions and footprint plans; rationalize fixed overheads.
• Provide input on capital expense needs tied to startup of projects and processes.
• Lead manufacturing project development and implementation through IRPX gates.
• Procure tooling, machines, and equipment to support site roadmap and ensure capable, well-documented processes.
• Ensure operator and maintenance training for new production equipment meets standards and sign-off requirements.
