Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing strategies, optimize production capabilities, and implement new technologies. This onsite role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive readiness, support new product introductions, manage capital investments, and deliver scalable, cost-effective production solutions.

Bachelor degree in engineering required.

Responsibilities

Develop technology road map for manufacturing location to maximize machine utilization and productivity.
Assist in Make vs Buy decision on product introduction, i2v, and footprint plans with overhead rationalization.
Provide technical input on capital expense needs tied to startup of project future state and processes.
Lead manufacturing project development and implementation activities through IRPX program gates.
Procure tooling, machines, and equipment to support site capacity and roadmap with documented processes.
Ensure operator and maintenance training for new production equipment meets standards and sign-off requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and product management to optimize cost and manufacturability.
Serve as a key stakeholder on large, complex programs with significant business impact.
