Ingersoll Rand in Mocksville, NC seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to develop manufacturing strategies, optimize production capabilities, and implement new technologies. Onsite collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive readiness for new products and capital investments.

The role emphasizes improving productivity, delivering scalable, cost-effective production solutions, and contributing to site technology roadmaps while ensuring successful project execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a capital-intensive, highly engineered product business.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the site technology roadmap to maximize utilization and productivity while reducing cost.
• Support Make vs Buy decisions for new products and footprint plans.
• Provide capital expense input for manufacturing startups and processes.
• Lead manufacturing projects through IRPX gates.
• Procure tooling, machines, and equipment to meet capex roadmaps.
• Ensure operator and maintenance training for new equipment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize cost, manufacturability, and quality.
• Serve as a key stakeholder on large, high-impact programs.
