Job summary

Electrical Components International is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes aligned with product specs and quality standards. You will support new product introductions, drive continuous improvements, and train operators to support daily production operations.

This on-site role reports to the Vice President / General Manager, MRG & Britech, located in Foxborough, MA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5+ years as a Manufacturing Engineer preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical manufacturing; harness fabrication a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes and production line setups.
• Evaluate processes using quality, efficiency, and throughput criteria.
• Drive cost reductions and process improvements; support PFMEAs, control plans, PPAPs.
