Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on manufacturing engineering.
• No relocation is being offered; within 50-mile radius of Worcester, MA.

Responsibilities

• Apply lean manufacturing to improve quality, reliability, or cost.
• Ensure processes meet MESH and quality standards; support capability studies, 8D, root cause actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve products or reduce costs through fabrication, tooling, and processes.
• Review costs and schedules to support management decisions.
• Analyze plant workflow and equipment layout to boost efficiency.
• Evaluate capital equipment, payback, and NPV for new tools and resources.
• Collaborate with Plant Leadership to implement short- and long-term production improvements.
• Support launch of New Product Development with manufacturing input.
• Document processes with work instructions.
• Generate and implement Engineering Change Notices to improve quality and reduce cost.
• Proactively resolve production issues and communicate with operators.
