Job summary

Electrical Components International (ECI) seeks a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize processes, lead new product introductions, and support daily production. You will work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

The role is on-site in Foxborough, MA, reporting to the VP/GM, MRG & Britech. The ideal candidate has a strong CAD background, 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, and a commitment to safety and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
• Knowledge of electrical manufacturing; harness fabrication experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD and Inventor) and MS Office.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize manufacturing processes and production line setups.
• Support new product introductions and drive continuous improvements.
• Train operators on tooling, fixtures, and assembly processes.
• Work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/QS9000, safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage PFMEAs, control plans, PPAPs and other quality documentation.
• Travel to customer, supplier, and manufacturing locations as needed.
