Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with FANUC HandlingTool or Arc Tool required.
• Strong GD&T understanding and ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Experience with manufacturing process development, equipment integration, tooling, and product launches.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, structured problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.

Aufgaben

• Lead manufacturing process development and VPI launch activities, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, cost, and business objectives.
• Optimize manufacturing equipment, tooling, workstations, and production processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques to reduce waste, improve quality, and lower production costs.
• Develop and standardize manufacturing methods, process documentation, and best practices for consistent operations.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and product specifications to develop effective processes and tooling.
• Support equipment selection, process design, and manufacturing readiness for new product launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external partners, and technical resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Promote health, safety, and ergonomic best practices in manufacturing processes and workstation design.
• Provide technical leadership, share expertise, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
