You will lead planning, design, purchase, and implementation of changes to manufacturing equipment and systems, guiding cross-functional teams to achieve safety, quality, and production goals. You will drive continuous improvement by applying manufacturing principles, standards, and CI tools while developing and refining manufacturing standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Experience leading manufacturing or capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of process development, capacity analysis, and readiness activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of manufacturing and capital projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems to improve operational performance and manufacturing readiness.
• Serve as technical lead for cross-functional project teams, driving risk mitigation, issue resolution, equipment commissioning, and successful project delivery.
