Job summary

You will investigate and resolve electronic tool issues end-to-end, improve tool reliability, and drive high-quality software features with product and software teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM field is required.
• Licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations may be required.
• Prior Senior or Lead Engineer equivalent experience with a track record of technical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) on incoming software builds to validate requirements, usability, and quality.
• Provision and maintain ADT bench test environments and coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve dependencies.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to track quality risks and maintain delivery schedules.
• Manage issue resolution of reported problems with the Service Tool and develop training for Cummins Care digital support.
