Qualifications

• College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Experience: Intermediate Level Of Relevant Work Experience Required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Improvement Projects - Drive the planning, design, procurement, and implementation of manufacturing equipment and process improvements that enhance operational performance and support business objectives.
• Optimize Manufacturing Processes - Apply manufacturing engineering principles and best practices to improve safety, quality, productivity, and overall process efficiency.
• Deliver Strategic Capital & Equipment Initiatives - Lead projects from concept through implementation, ensuring equipment and systems meet product specifications, operational requirements, and production goals.
• Champion Continuous Improvement - Utilize Lean, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste, improve reliability, and standardize manufacturing processes.
• Develop Manufacturing Standards - Lead the creation and implementation of standardized work methods, manufacturing procedures, and best practices that drive consistency and operational excellence.
• Influence Key Stakeholders - Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, suppliers, and external partners to align priorities, drive project success, and achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide Technical Leadership & Expertise - Serve as a manufacturing subject matter expert, helping teams solve complex challenges and implement innovative solutions across the operation.
• Coach & Strengthen Organizational Capability - Build strong relationships, mentor stakeholders, and develop the technical knowledge and capabilities of team members to support long-term business success.
