Qualifications

Must have Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
Experience leading capital projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Support manufacturing operations through troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production issues.
Manage and execute capital improvement projects, automation initiatives, and equipment upgrades.
Drive successful new product introductions (NPI) from concept through production launch.
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process standards.
Analyze production metrics and identify opportunities to improve cycle times, throughput, and overall performance.
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Product Development, and Maintenance teams to implement new processes and products.
Mentor and support Manufacturing Engineers and CNC Programmers.
