Job summary

LHH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and drive process improvements in a growing manufacturing environment. You will work closely with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to scale capabilities and optimize production processes.

Responsibilities include supporting equipment and tooling, leading shop-floor improvements, and running NPIs. You will also design fixtures, balance lines, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate ERP transactions and BOMs.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering in a production environment.
Hands-on shop floor manufacturing experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing equipment and production processes.
Background in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience with NPI, fixture design, line balancing, and troubleshooting.
ERP system experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
Self-starter with a proactive attitude and desire for growth.

Troubleshoot manufacturing and production issues
Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to transition products into production
