Job summary

CapstoneONE Search represents a rapidly growing, global manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support the development, scale-up and implementation of new manufacturing processes at its metro Nashville, TN facility.

This role will work closely with Operations, Engineering and other technical teams to move new processes from development into production, while supporting process improvement and ongoing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of process or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience in a continuous-process manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support process development, scale-up and implementation of new manufacturing capabilities.
• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations focusing on safety, quality, reliability, throughput and cost.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze process data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Assist with capital projects, equipment modifications, installation, commissioning and startup activities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation (P&IDs, SOPs, technical standards).
• Participate in process safety reviews, risk assessments and structured problem-solving.
