Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical at Quonset Point, RI. You will act as the key link between design and production, ensuring complex defense systems are built efficiently, on schedule and to high quality.

You will drive continuous improvement on production flow, quality, and cost, collaborating with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve issues and implement robust manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment (aerospace/defense preferred).
• BS in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven ownership of a product from start to finish with on-time deliveries under strict quality.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience; GD&T proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production issues in real-time with operators and supervisors.
• Lead NCRs and MRB activities; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing work instructions and SOPs.
• Collaborate on DFx and workstation/layout improvements and support MES usage.
